Everything you need to know before you book
We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments.
Yes! Our team delivers, sets up, and picks up all equipment. We typically arrive 1-2 hours before your event start time to ensure everything is ready. Setup and breakdown are included in delivery pricing.
Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations 7-13 days before receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once.
Safety first! Inflatables cannot be used in rain or winds over 15 mph. If weather forces cancellation, we offer a full reschedule at no charge or a credit for a future booking. We monitor weather closely and will contact you if there are concerns.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely online. We never store your card information.
