What rental items do you offer?

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and summer months. Popular dates (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) fill up fast — sometimes months ahead. That said, we do accept last-minute bookings when availability allows.

How do I check availability for my date?

Use the availability checker on our homepage or start the booking process at /book — you'll see real-time availability for your date before you commit to anything.

Can I book multiple items for the same event?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Most of our customers book multiple items. You can mix and match our concession machines and the Inflatable Basketball Hoop — we'll deliver and set up everything at once.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There's no minimum order. You can book a single item or a full party package — whatever fits your event and budget.

Can I modify my booking after it's confirmed?

Yes, within reason. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to add items, change your event time, or update your delivery address. Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

How much is the deposit?

We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event at delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards online (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). For the balance due at delivery, we accept cash, card, or Venmo.

Is my deposit refundable?

Accepted Answer

Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 7 days before your event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit. If we cancel due to unsafe weather or equipment issues on our end, you receive a full refund or free reschedule.

When is the balance due?

The remaining balance (75% of your total) is due at the time of delivery, before setup begins. We accept cash, card, or Venmo.

Do you offer payment plans?

We don't currently offer payment plans, but our 25% deposit structure keeps the upfront cost low. If you have a large order, contact us to discuss options.

What areas do you deliver to?

We serve Metro Detroit and Southeast Michigan, including Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne counties. This includes Sterling Heights, Troy, Warren, Shelby Township, Clinton Township, Rochester Hills, Auburn Hills, Pontiac, Novi, Farmington Hills, Livonia, Dearborn, Westland, Canton, and more. Delivery fees vary by distance.

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees are calculated based on your distance from our base in Macomb County. Most local deliveries are $25–$75. You'll see the exact delivery fee during checkout before you pay anything.

When do you arrive for setup?

Our team typically arrives 1–2 hours before your event start time to set up. For large orders or complex setups, we may arrive earlier. We'll confirm your delivery window the day before your event.

How long does setup take?

Most setups take 15–30 minutes depending on the number of items. We factor this into our arrival time.

What do I need to prepare for delivery?

Please ensure the setup area is clear of debris, pet waste, and obstacles. All our equipment requires access to a standard outdoor electrical outlet within 100 feet. We'll confirm specific requirements when you book.

Do you set up on concrete or asphalt?

Yes! We can set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt. For hard surfaces, we use sandbags instead of stakes. Please let us know your surface type when booking.

When do you pick up the equipment?

We pick up at the end of your rental period, typically within 1–2 hours after your event end time. We'll confirm the pickup window in advance. Please ensure the equipment is accessible and the area is clear.

How is the equipment cleaned?

All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every rental using commercial-grade disinfectants. Equipment is inspected for damage and stored properly between uses.

What's the weight/age limit for the Inflatable Basketball Hoop?

Accepted Answer

The Inflatable Basketball Hoop is suitable for all ages and has no strict weight limit for normal play. We recommend adult supervision for younger children. The hoop is designed for fun, not competitive play — please don't hang or climb on the rim.

Do you need electricity for the equipment?

Yes, all our equipment requires a continuous power source. We need access to a standard 110V outdoor outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. We bring our own extension cords.

Do you carry liability insurance?

Yes, we carry full commercial general liability insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance upon request — many venues and HOAs require this.

What happens if it rains on my event day?

Light rain is usually fine for most equipment. However, we cannot operate the Inflatable Basketball Hoop in rain, lightning, or winds over 15 mph — it's a safety requirement. If weather forces us to cancel, you'll receive a full refund or free reschedule at no charge.

Who decides if weather is too bad to operate?

We monitor weather forecasts closely and make the call based on safety guidelines. We'll contact you as early as possible — typically the morning of your event — if we need to cancel due to weather. We never leave you guessing.

Can I cancel due to weather?

Accepted Answer

If you choose to cancel due to weather concerns (even if we're still willing to deliver), our standard cancellation policy applies. We recommend waiting for our assessment before canceling — we're experienced at reading Metro Detroit weather.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations 7+ days before your event: full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days: deposit is forfeited. Cancellations within 48 hours: deposit is forfeited and 50% of the remaining balance may be charged. Weather cancellations initiated by us: full refund or free reschedule.

Can I reschedule instead of canceling?

Yes! We're happy to reschedule your booking to a new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling at least 7 days out is free. Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

Can I pick up equipment instead of having it delivered?

We don't currently offer customer pickup. All rentals include professional delivery and setup — it's part of what makes us different. Our team ensures everything is set up safely and correctly.

Do you serve corporate events and school carnivals?

Absolutely! We regularly serve corporate picnics, school carnivals, church events, and community festivals. We can handle large-scale events with multiple inflatables, tents, and concession stations. Contact us for a custom quote.

What if something breaks during my event?

Accepted Answer

Call us immediately. We have a dedicated event-day support line and will respond quickly. If equipment fails due to a defect on our end, we'll either fix it on-site or issue a prorated refund for the affected item.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All bookings require a signed rental agreement before your event. The contract covers safety rules, liability, cancellation terms, and equipment care. You can sign it digitally through your booking portal — it takes less than 2 minutes.
